“Uri was a dream to work with and made the buying process very easy. He met with us to get an understanding of what we were looking for and from there sent us many recommendations. He was very patient and kind as we looked at many houses, and provided us his professional opinion without ever swaying our decision. Not only is he patient and kind, but he is very timely and extremely flexible. I would highly recommend working with Uri whether you are selling or buying as he will make the process as smooth as it can be.”

“Uri represented us as a seller and buyer and he was an absolute pleasure to work with! Uri is extremely thorough in his research, diligent in his follow through and always went beyond our expectations to provide answers to all of our questions. Uri genuinely cared about us through the entire process of each transaction as if it were his own. His pricing strategy was right on the mark and we couldn't recommend anyone more highly qualified to sell or buy your next home!”

He is very knowledgeable in the Colorado Springs market and especially with all of the changes we were experiencing in the market (shifting from sellers market to buyers market etc.) He is also an amazing negotiator and was able to get everything we wanted taken care of for our home! Uri is super professional every step of the way as well and makes sure you're comfortable and knowledgeable of what documents you're signing and moving forward with!
